If you still do not receive notifications to your e-mail, check the correctness of the specified e-mail address. If everything is correct but the letters do not come, please contact us, we will try to help you.
If you encounter a display problem, or other technical problems with the site, first try reloading the page. In most cases, this solves the problem. If the problem still remains, please let us know using the contact form or write to us at info@ghostproduction.com
FOR SELLERS
In order to start selling your tracks on GhostProduction, you need to register on our website as a “Seller”. Then follow the instructions.
Consideration for registration takes no more than 2 days, provided that all the necessary documents have been provided, and all the conditions of registration.
You can only sell your own, unique tracks that you have created yourself and that never got on the Internet and never sounded! You must be the full owner of the track! Do not use templates, building kits, and lead / melody / drops or Midi from sample packages. You must remember that in the event of claims, disputes, complaints or other matters relating to copyright, You are solely responsible as a “Seller”.
The use of vocals from the packages is possible only if the rightholder provides such an opportunity. To do this, carefully read the attached license file.
Each uploaded track is carefully selected. It usually takes up to 2 days. You will receive a notification in your Inbox about the approval / refusal of the publication. If the answer is Yes, it will take us about 24 hours to display the track on the site. If you are refused for no reason, this is not a reason for disappointment! Keep sending us your tracks again!
In case of successful sale of your track, you will receive money to your PayPal account, or your bank account (for residents of Russia) which you specified during registration. If you use the Payoneer system, you need to make a request to receive funds through your Payoneer account. The time to receive funds takes from 30 minutes to 48 hours, depending on the selected payment system.
For residents of Russia. Please pay attention! That since 01.08.2020, according to the new decree, transfers to residents of the Russian Federation are carried out only to a bank account. Please prepare your full bank details and be ready to provide them for the transfer of funds in case of sale of your track.
No! You can’t! You need to decide in advance on which website you want to sell your track! Simultaneous placement of the track on different trading platforms is punishable by lifetime blocking on GhostProduction.com.
We allow our sellers to self-evaluate their tracks. The speed of selling your track depends on the ratio of price and quality of the product. Keep this in mind before you rate your track.
If your track is not sold within 6 months, you can remove it from sale and dispose of it at your own discretion.
Copyright infringement is punishable by administrative and criminal prosecution! Before starting to publish the track, make sure that all the materials used do not violate the rights of third parties! Remember that you are solely responsible for this as a “seller”!
After the sale of the track you transfer 100% of the rights to the buyer of the track.
You are no longer the copyright owner of the track.
After selling any track, you won’t be able to talk/write anywhere about what the original owner is.
You must strictly observe the terms of confidentiality!
FOR BUYERS
You can buy a track by paying for it using the payment systems PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, ApplePay, SamsungPay, WebMoney, and others.
You will receive on your e-mail links to download all the necessary files, as well as a contract confirming your purchase. You get a master, Unmaster, instrumental and vocal version of the track if vocals were used in the track, as well as Midi main tracks and stems of all tracks in the project. All usage rights are transferred to you. Please note that our email may be in the Spam folder.
No! You can’t! On the website you have a full opportunity to get acquainted with the material. Once you have made the payment, you can not refuse the transaction or cancel it. You get all the files of the project, thus the material loses its exclusivity. GhostProduction.com does not return money to the buyer after the transaction. Remember this.

Tracks that have the opportunity to purchase a project are marked with a special icon next to the price. You can add a track project on the "Cart" page when placing an order.
